Data we may process
Identification and contact details you voluntarily provide, information about the vehicle you are looking for or wish to offer, purchase preferences, information needed to prepare a quotation or carry out an operation, and communications held by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotations: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Managing a contracted operation: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- Coordinating external services: inspection, transport, administrative processing, external warranty or financing providers may participate when necessary within the agreed scope.
- Marketing communications: only when consent or another applicable lawful basis exists. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Retention
Prospect enquiries may be retained for up to 12 months from the last interaction unless a contractual relationship begins or a longer retention period is legally required. Customer data is retained for the duration of the relationship and applicable statutory periods. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Recipients and third-party services
Personal data is not sold. Data may be shared with providers necessary to answer or perform the requested operation —for example inspection, transport, registration, external warranty or financing providers— and with public authorities where legally required. Private area
The administration panel uses a strictly necessary technical session cookie to keep the administrator authenticated. It does not affect public catalogue visitors.
External content
YouTube videos, where included, are only loaded after the user expressly clicks the playback/load button. At that moment a connection with YouTube is established and that provider may use its own storage technologies.
Future changes
If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads or other non-essential technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and the appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented before they are activated.
04 · COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
General commercial information
This section summarises the usual operation and does not replace the quotation, engagement document or specific contract for each transaction.
- Minimum budget: the reference minimum total budget for an import operation is €8,000.
- Fees: variable depending on the unit and scope. The quotation may include ITV inspection, taxes, registration, transport, travel, fuel, tolls and management costs, among other items.
- Prices: published vehicle prices will state the taxes included in the relevant listing. Any management or import cost not included will be detailed before the operation is formalised.
- Timeframe: the communicated average reference is around two weeks, but it can vary due to vehicle availability, seller, paperwork, transport, ITV, administration or registration. It is not a guaranteed date unless agreed in writing.
- Deposit/reservation: certain operations may require a €200 deposit. Before payment, its purpose, point of application and refund/non-refund conditions will be provided in writing. After the contract is formalised, the terms accepted in that document apply.
- Warranty: where offered, it is provided by an external company for 12 months and is subject to the provider’s exclusions, limits and terms. Coverage may reach up to €3,000 in repairs according to the applicable warranty contract.
- Financing: where applicable, financing is arranged through an external entity and remains subject to its assessment, approval and terms.
- Delivery: home delivery and delivery with Spanish registration can be coordinated where included in the contracted service.
- Cancellation: cancellations are governed by the conditions communicated and accepted in writing for the specific operation and any mandatory law that applies.
Before making a payment or formalising a purchase, request and keep the quotation/contract detailing the operation.
